Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made to PT Trioffe Hospitality Group may be refunded.

By purchasing or engaging in any advisory or consulting services provided by Trioffe Hospitality Group, you agree to this Refund Policy.


2. Nature of Services

PT Trioffe Hospitality Group provides consulting and advisory services related to hospitality investment, feasibility analysis, and strategic planning.

Due to the nature of consulting services, which involve time, expertise, and intellectual work, refunds are limited once services have been delivered.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Payments are non-refundable once:

  • A consultation session has been completed

  • Advisory services have been delivered

  • Analysis, reports, or recommendations have been provided

  • Work on a project has already begun


4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a consultation before the scheduled session.

If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the appointment, the client may:

  • reschedule the consultation, or

  • request a refund of the paid amount.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.


5. Service Disputes

If a client believes that a service has not been delivered as agreed, they may contact us to review the situation.

We will evaluate the case and may offer:

  • a service correction

  • a rescheduled consultation

  • or another appropriate solution.


6. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Processing fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable.


7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method used.


8. Policy Updates

PT Trioffe Hospitality Group reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on this page.
